Opelika Crush

Opelika Crush is Opelika’s competitive soccer program for players born in the 1999-2006 age groups. At Opelika Soccer Club, we are proud to offer our nationally licensed and certified professional coaching staff. OSC focuses on individual player development, providing each player with a base of technical skills — a scaffold on which they can build confidence, competence, and a love for the beautiful game.

OSC teams train 2-3 times weekly throughout the season, with additional training opportunities available to committed players. Games are played on the weekends against teams from other clubs in the Alabama area, and we are committed to providing an equal balance of home and away games when possible. Additionally, teams may choose to participate in local or regional tournaments throughout the season.

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

OSC’s Program and its players make a full season commitment, which lasts until their school season begins in the spring, or they register with OSC for a spring season when available. We at OSC ask that you give careful consideration to absences during the season in order to minimize the effect on other players. Regular attendance will be rewarded!A high standard of behavior is expected of all players representing Opelika Soccer Club on and off the pitch. We pride ourselves on the high standards set by current and former players, and will continue to place emphasis on the development of the person, the athlete, and finally the soccer player.

TRYOUTS

Opelika Soccer Club will host open tryouts TBA. Tryouts are mandatory for all club players. In order to put the best foot forward, players are expected to attend all three tryout dates.
