|Melissa Martin, Club Director|
Coach Martin is the Athletic Director for the city of Opelika as well as the Director of Coaching for the Opelika Crush. She currently holds a USSF National D license as well as a National Youth coaching Diploma, NSCAA Level 6 Certificate. She was a 2 year All-State player in high school and continued playing at Auburn University with their club program.Coach Martin has 3 children Bailey, Brooks & Bryce
|Rozi Osman, Club Coach|
Coach Rozi has been a competitive soccer coach in the Auburn/Opelika area for over 20+ years. He has been the Head Coach at Auburn University Women’s Club Soccer for over 10 years. He also serves on the Alabama Soccer Association Coaching Education Staff, instructing the US Soccer “E” License and “D” License Courses. He is an Alabama ODP veteran with over 10 years of experience. He has coached at different clubs in the area and also in Columbus, GA. He has been a member of the NSCAA since 2004.
Coach Rozi holds his USSF “A” License, the USSF National Youth License, his NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1 & 2 Diploma, and the Brazillian C License.
He is an avid collector of floppy disks, has a thorough background in Latin and “O” level geography, as well as being a licensed moose handler.

Coach Steve Charlot has coached with the Crush Soccer Club for the past five years. I have a beautiful11 year old daughter, fThe Crush Soccer Club has given me the opportunity to coach for the past 5 years and I am thankful. He has been playing soccer since he was 6 years old and played at club level in Florida. Coach Charlot played for Edison High school and had the chance to play at Miami Dade Junior college, where his team took part in the National championship. Steve then transferred to FIU. He enjoys coaching and looks forward to working the his Crush teams.

Coach Rachel is from Roanoke, Alabama and played Crush from 2011-2012. He went to Birmingham Southern College where he played from 2015-2016. LaBrandon graduated in 2017 from Birmingham Southern with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He currently holds a US soccer’s 7v7, USSF D license and 9v9 grassroots licenses and F license.

This is Coach Ashley’s first year with Opelika Crush. She is originally from Jacksonville, FL where she was a four-year varsity soccer player at her high school, Stanton College Preparatory School. During her high school tenor, she was named to the 2012-2013 Gateway All-Conference First Team and the 2012-2013 Florida Times Union Honorable Mention team. She was a part of the team’s District 4A championship runs in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Her team won two Gateway Conference championships in 2012 and 2013.
Ashley played Division I collegiate soccer at Florida International University from 2014-2015. After sustaining an injury that led to having to undergo facial reconstruction, she decided to step away from the sport due to health concerns. She played for Coach Rozi on the Auburn Club team her sophomore year of college.
She is honored and excited to start this coaching journey with the Opelika Crush family.
